NSU MIBC recently organized Recruitment 6.0, a successful recruitment event that attracted young and dynamic individuals. The event’s theme, “Manifest the Flair Within,” inspired participants to showcase their talents and skills. The recruitment process comprised two rounds of assessment that evaluated the candidates’ abilities, knowledge, attitude, and communication skills.
During the first round, each participant underwent a comprehensive interview session, during which their competencies and presentation skills were evaluated. The second round focused on the candidates’ leadership, teamwork, and communication skills, making it challenging to select the best candidates due to their unique talents. However, the MIBC team successfully welcomed the top candidates to their dynamic team.
The success of Recruitment 6.0 was a result of the club members’ dedication and aspiration. The event provided a platform for the club to expand its community and attract new members.
